  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teasppon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Keto Pressure Cooked Chicken Breast (Instant Pot) Recipe Instructions

  1. Pour chicken broth into a multi-functional pressure cooker. Add the chicken breast (fresh or frozen) and season with salt and pepper. Keto friendly and easy.
  2. Combine together paprika, parsley, thyme, and garlic powder in a small bowl; sprinkle over chicken. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 10 minutes. Usually takes 10 minutes for pressure to build, then the pressure cooking begins.
  3. Allow pressure to be released using the natural-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 10 minutes. Carefully transfer chicken to a cutting board to cool. You can either chop or shred, to be used later.
