Keto Pecan Bars Recipe Ingredients

  • Base Ingredients:
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 4 ounces Salted Butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • ¼ cup Erythritol
  • ¼ cup Pecans finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Xanthan Gum
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • Topping Ingredients:
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ⅓ cup Erythritol
  • ⅓ cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 3 tablespoons Salted Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1 ½ cups Pecans roughly chopped

Keto Pecan Bars Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit. Set aside a 9-inch square pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, pecans, xanthan gum, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Mix in the butter, vanilla, and eggs well.
  4. Spoon into the prepared pan's base and distribute out evenly.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges. Allow cooling before serving.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the pecans on top of the cooked foundation.
  8. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
  9. Allow 30 minutes for cooling in the pan.
  10. Slice and enjoy!
