Keto Pecan Bars Recipe Ingredients
- Base Ingredients:
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 4 ounces Salted Butter melted
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
- ¼ cup Erythritol
- ¼ cup Pecans finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Xanthan Gum
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- Topping Ingredients:
- 2 large Eggs
- ⅓ cup Erythritol
- ⅓ cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- 3 tablespoons Salted Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1 ½ cups Pecans roughly chopped
Keto Pecan Bars Recipe Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit. Set aside a 9-inch square pan lined with parchment paper.
- Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, pecans, xanthan gum, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Mix in the butter, vanilla, and eggs well.
- Spoon into the prepared pan's base and distribute out evenly.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Set aside to cool.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges. Allow cooling before serving.
- Pour the egg mixture over the pecans on top of the cooked foundation.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
- Allow 30 minutes for cooling in the pan.
