  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos soy-free seasoning sauce
  • ¼ cup low-calorie natural sweetener (such as Swerve®)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Keto Sweet and Sour Sesame Chicken Recipe Instructions

  1. Over medium heat, melt butter and oil in a skillet.
  2. Salt and pepper the chicken pieces before adding them.
  3. Cook for approximately 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. In a dish, combine the sweetener and coconut aminos; mix vigorously until completely dissolved.
  5. Pour over the chicken, then boil for 7 minutes at low heat to thicken the sauce.
  6. Before serving, top with sesame seeds.
