- 1.5 pounds Cauliflower
- 6 slices Bacon
- ⅓ cup Scallions thinly sliced
- ¾ cup Low Carb Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Wholegrain Mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper ground
