Prep and/or cooking instructions for the base:

  1. Set the oven to 160 C/320 F
  2. Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet and set it aside
  3. The cookie base components should be combined thoroughly in a big bowl
  4. Place the cookie batter on a mound that is 12 inches in diameter on the baking sheet
  5. With a fork, puncture
  6. Baking will take between 12-15 minutes

  8. Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the oven, or until the middle jiggles
