- Donuts
- ¾ cup Almond Flour
- ⅓ cup Natvia Icing Mix or your preferred powdered sweetener
- 2 teaspoons Psyllium Husk Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon ground
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg ground
- 1 large Egg
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter melted
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- Glaze
- ⅓ cup Natvia Icing Mix or your preferred powdered sweetener
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter melted
- 1-2 tablespoons Hot Water
Keto Cinnamon Glazed Donuts Recipe Instructions

- Preheat your oven to 160C320F.
- In a mixing bowl, add all of the dry ingredients and whisk to blend.
- Mix in the wet ingredients well.
- Butter the donut pan and scoop or pipe the batter equally into the eight holes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°F and bake for 15-20 minutes. When the donuts bounce back when touched, they are ready to eat.
- Turn out onto a wire rack to cool for 20 minutes.
- Glaze
- Combine the icing mix and butter in a mixing bowl; gradually add the boiling water until the mixture reaches a pouring consistency.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled doughnuts and, if preferred, sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Enjoy it right away, or put it aside for 5-10 minutes.
